Return & Refund Policy

Made to Order 

All products are printed on demand specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will offer a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Wrong Address 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Lost Orders 

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations 

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
